Phone consultations are ONLY provided to clients that have ordered pathology or radiology tests through Ezimed.
Ezimed STRONGLY encourages clients to see their own GPs about their results.
However Ezimed recognises that some clients have difficulty accessing their GPs and has therefore chosen to provide this service. Ezimed also recognises that it would be irresponsible of us to not provide this option after clients have had tests done and if certain tests are abnormal.
Phone consultations will need to be pre-paid. They will be non-medicare rebatable.
Clients who wish to have a phone consultation should e-mail "enquiries [at] ezimed.com.au" to arrange a consultation. Appointments will be confirmed by e-mail or SMS.
